At Helmstedt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic fashion pieces. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
